## Lead and grow the competency area under S&C known as Strategic Information Insights. This group has two primary functions - 1. the delivery of annuity contracts under the S&C banner to the IBM captive and external client market, and 2. the repository for deep analytical modelling and insights capability. The role will be focussed on growing the practice in both these areas and leading a team of ~120 consultants today to more than 200 in 2009. Key attributes we\'re looking for are:
background building and growing an analytics capability
contract and governance definition and management
sales and solutioning, relationship management and ability to define a continuous improvement agenda for long term contracts, exemplary integrity and values,teamwork and collaboration, team leadership and mentoring,
delivery excellence, innovative thinking.
