To help formulate and implement HR strategies, objectives and processes which are fully aligned to the overall business strategy in conjunction with the relevant function Head
The candidate would responsible for liasioning with government offices such as HSIDC Electricity Dept, Pollution Dept. excise and customs, HRD & Personnel matters and day-to-day administrative functions
COMPLIANCE OF STATUTORYOBLIGATION AND STTUTORY RETURNS UNDER ALL LAWS RELETED TO ADMIN & HR
To implement System in the Organization
•To take care of Administration and IR activities.
•.Implement HR strategies, change management, as well as other HR initiatives down the Line
.Recruitment and induction of contractual manpower
.Administration of Time office
.Salary & Wages administration.
.Improve contractual manpower productivity.
.Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy and harmonious work environment
.Keep the employees motivated.
.Liaising with Govt. authorities & external agencies for ensuring seamless operations.
.Compliance with Labour statues
.Supervising all administration related activities including security, transport, canteen and utmost utilization of resources.
.Upkeep of building, plant and machinery.
