* Supply the design team with detailed drawings, complete specifications, bill of quantities, sample finishes etc. from the client
* Coordinate with the client’s project office and designers on technical / design issues to facilitate the team in preparing quotations and detailed drawings
* Site measurements for joinery production
* Submit tender documents / quotations
* Attend all the technical / commercial / project coordination meetings
* Liaise with the client’s project team and get crucial information regarding a project to enable the company to be in a strong position to win a tender
* Prepare execution plans, timelines, resource plans, and daily / weekly reports for a project
* Manage project site
* Interviewing and hiring of project teams
* Train and manage project / fitout teams for a project
* Find and shortlist local sub-contractor teams / labors for a project
* Contact vendors for price lists and quotations for local procurement and local works
* Ensure adherence to specifications / Quality / brand standards defined by the designers / brand operators
* Keep and maintain a log of all the project related inventory supplied to a client
* Prepare all the necessary documents for a project handover
* Manage and keep project related accounts
