Department:-LE Regional Marketing/D01
Reporting to:- Regional Business .Development Manager(MEAP-SIN)
To plan ,create and document service ,warranty policiesand procedure for new LE business.
To contribute in new LE businessand service infrastructure (CRM)setup and its subsequent maintenance.
Build brand awareness through service qulaity value enhancements in line LE product positioning
IPSI planning for service parts.
Identify training needs of partners and create service training planningjointly with LE sales managers and technical managers.
To plan and establish service dealer network.
to provide regular reports to senior management on service quality adherence and counter-solutions within MEAP service network.
Contribute in service strategy in line with implemnetation company objectives.
Lead and guide service staff.
