Location : Gurgaon
Reporting to : CMO
Position Responsibilities : Conceptualise, design and implement strategy for increasing portfolio profitability through cusotmer interventions resulting from insights generated from analysis of customer behavior data as well as external environment trends. Incumbent will be required to manage and maximise revenue from all the life cycle stages of the customer, post acquisition, through data / insights driven engagement strategy. .
Key KRA\'s include Total Retail Spends, Activation, Actives, Retention and Rewards.
Position will require the individual to
1. Actively engage with external partners to get customer centric, high impact offers.
2. Analyse internal data / trends extensively to devise and implement targetted offers
3. Constantly devise and implement next level of customer engagement
