Meeting various business heads of diversified companies & convince them about the profitability of particular real estate schemes offered by the company. Candidates having experience in liasoning with government departments would be preferred. This is a freelance kind of job where incentives would be upto 16% of the commission earned by the candidate for the company through individual deals, where leads are being provided by the company . Candidates should have their own conveyance & the petrol cost would be given by the company. Company cellphone would also be provided.other modern technical tools also being provided by the company .



THIS IS NOT A JOB WE ARE OFFERING YOU ,THIS IS BUSINESS. IF YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK, EVEN SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT.

MODULE 1:- Rupees 1,20,000 – 1,80,000

MODULE 2:- 120000- 800000 (TARGET BASED- QUATERLY COMPENSATION)



15% sharing by candidate of the total commission generated by him/her for the company. all leads provided by the company. The commission earned by the candidate is not limited on 15%.

It is on slabbing :-

1). Upto 5 lacs of commission earned by company thru the Endeavour of candidate – lacs ;- 15%(

2). Upto 10 lacs of commission earned by company thru the Endeavour of candidate:- 24%( of total commission earned)

3). Upto 20 lacs of commission earned by company thru the endeavour of candidate:- 33% ( of total commission earned)



Note: -this commission slabbing depends upon project undertaken by the company & for a single project only.

Also there is very less need of outbound call as we have around or generates around 150 calls per day per candidate.



PLEASE BE SPECEFIC AS THIS NEED A HUGE INVESTMENT BY THE COMPANY ON PER CANDIDATE, SO ANY CANDIDATE WHICH SHOWS NO RESULT UPTO 2- MONTH WILL NOT BE KEPT INDUCED IN THE SYSTEM .

Leads are provided to all candidate on daily basis(approx. 50 leads everyday) which every candidate has to consult & maintain daily MIS REPORT & SEND IT TO CENTRAL COMMAND.
